No. FixitBay LLC serves 22 cities in a core geographic cluster: San Francisco, Peninsula (San Mateo County), and Marin County. East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, San Jose) is outside our service area. Focusing on 22 cities means we can genuinely offer same-day routing; serving 60+ cities would mean next-day-only coverage for most areas.
Call us - sometimes routing allows. If a technician is finishing a job near your location and you are just outside our 22-city cluster, we can sometimes extend same-day - at the same $80 diagnostic, with no trip surcharge. We do not charge travel fees.
Brand-specific parts we do not have in stock. About 80% of failures involve common parts we carry. The 20% exception is premium brand proprietary components - Sub-Zero sealed system parts, Wolf gas valve assemblies, Miele electronics - these are OEM-ordered (1-3 days). Same-day diagnosis always happens; same-day or next-day repair visit completion depends on parts availability.
We do not run overnight calls. If it fails at night, book the first morning slot and keep the doors closed: a full refrigerator holds safe temperature for about 4 hours.
