MAINTENANCE GUIDE

Signs Your Appliance Needs Maintenance

Book a maintenance visit and a licensed technician comes to your home, opens the appliance up, and cleans, adjusts, and tests it before anything breaks. For residential appliances the fee is $80; for commercial equipment it is $100. That covers the visit, the cleaning, the small adjustments, and a written list of what we found.

The work targets the parts that wear out quietly. We clean the coils, filters, and lint traps, check the wiring and connections, and test the thermostats and controls. We inspect the hoses and door seals, lubricate what moves, and confirm the machine runs to spec. Anything heading toward a repair goes on the report we hand you before we leave.

A home refrigerator or a restaurant walk-in gets the same hands and the same standard. Every visit carries our 180-day warranty on the work we do, so if something we serviced acts up, we come back.

Most common

Appliances Breaking Down Unexpectedly

A worn part caught at a checkup is a cheap fix; the same part caught after it quits is not.

Higher Energy Bills

Dirty coils and worn components make appliances work harder and use more electricity.

Shortened Appliance Lifespan

Grime on the coils and a worn door seal make a machine run hot, and one that runs hot wears out years early.

Food Safety Concerns

A fridge that drifts above 40°F puts the food inside at risk before you notice the temperature slipped.

Warranty Requirements

Many manufacturer warranties require proof of regular professional maintenance.

Commercial Equipment Downtime

A walk-in that quits mid-service costs a restaurant a night of covers and a cooler of spoiled stock.

Fire and Safety Hazards

Lint buildup in dryers, gas leaks in ovens, and electrical issues create serious risks.

Poor Performance

Appliances that don't clean, cool, or heat properly waste your time and money.

The Visit

You approve the price before we start

A licensed technician inspects the appliance, cleans it, and makes the small adjustments, then hands you a written quote. Nothing happens until you say yes, and the $80 fee comes off the total. Every visit carries a 180-day warranty on parts and labor.

Why It Matters

Why Regular Maintenance Matters

A machine that gets serviced once a year lasts longer, runs cheaper, and quits on you far less often than one left alone until it fails. Clean coils and a tight seal mean the compressor works less to hold temperature, so the appliance draws less power and buys itself more years. For a restaurant or laundromat, one part caught early is a scheduled visit instead of a walk-in full of spoiled stock in the middle of dinner service.

FAQ

Quick Answers

We set the exact price at the visit, not before. The diagnostic is $80 residential, $100 commercial, and it pays for a full inspection. You get a written maintenance estimate, and once you approve it, that $80 (or $100) comes off the total. Every visit carries our 180-day warranty on parts and labor.

Most home appliances do well on a yearly visit. Commercial equipment in restaurants, hotels, and laundromats earns a visit every 6 months, since it runs all day. High-value units like a Sub-Zero refrigerator or a walk-in cooler are worth a look every quarter.

A visit goes after the parts that fail quietly. We clean the coils and filters, check the electrical connections, and test the thermostats and controls. We inspect the hoses and seals, lubricate what moves, and confirm the machine runs to spec. Anything heading toward a repair goes on the written report we hand you.

Yes. We maintain every residential appliance (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops) and the commercial side too (walk-in coolers, commercial washers and dryers, restaurant ovens, dish machines). The same licensed technicians work both.

Yes. Every maintenance visit carries our 180-day warranty. If something we serviced or adjusted acts up inside those 180 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, online payment via secure invoice link, personal checks, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is complete and you've approved the work. We don't require a deposit beyond the $80 diagnostic visit fee, which is fully credited toward your repair if you proceed. No processing fees, no hidden charges - the price you approve is the price you pay.
