$80 for residential ($100 for commercial). This covers the technician visit and full inspection. If you approve the repair, we credit the $80 toward the total - the visit then costs you nothing extra.

What warranty do repairs include?

Every repair includes a 180-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same problem returns within that window, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Do you repair premium brands like Sub-Zero and Wolf?

Yes. We repair Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, and Bosch Benchmark, and carry the specialized tools and diagnostic equipment these brands require. You will find them in most Pacific Heights, Marina, and Russian Hill kitchens we visit.

Do you service built-in and integrated appliances?

Yes - built-in Sub-Zero refrigerators, Miele integrated dishwashers, Wolf wall ovens, panel-ready Bosch and Thermador units are everyday work. Sealed-system service is everyday work, including the awkward access common in SF Victorian conversions and high-rise condos. Cabinet trim and custom door panels are a different trade: your cabinet installer takes those off, and we work on the appliance.

Most common parts (drain pumps, igniters, door seals, heating elements, thermal fuses) are in stock and replaced same visit. If a part needs to be ordered, OEM components typically arrive in 1-4 business days. We return to complete the repair at no extra travel charge.
