Every repair includes a 180-day warranty on both parts and labor, valid across every city we serve in San Francisco, the Peninsula, and Marin. If the same issue returns within 180 days, we come back at no additional charge.
We work on all major appliance brands including Whirlpool, GE, KitchenAid, LG, Samsung, Bosch, Frigidaire, Maytag, Thermador, Viking, Sub-Zero, Miele, and more. We order the parts your repair needs after the diagnostic. Common parts usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days; premium and specialty parts take longer, and we confirm timing before you approve the work.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, online payment via secure invoice link, personal checks, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is complete and you've approved the work. We don't require a deposit beyond the $80 diagnostic visit fee, which is credited toward your repair when you proceed.
