These Terms of Service govern your use of FixitBay LLC's appliance repair services and website. By scheduling a service appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Service Area: FixitBay LLC provides residential and commercial appliance repair services in San Francisco, the Peninsula, and Marin County, California.
Diagnostic Fee: A $80 diagnostic fee is charged for all service visits. This fee is fully applied toward the cost of repair if you choose to proceed. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable if you decline the repair.
Warranty: All repairs performed by FixitBay LLC include a 180-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 180 days of the original repair, FixitBay LLC will return and resolve the issue at no additional charge.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. All prices quoted are in US dollars.
Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day and next-day appointments are available 7 days a week. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the confirmed time window.
